GREEN PROCESS SERVING

What does a Process Server do?

A Process Server in the UK serves (delivers) documents to an individual, Limited Company or Partnership. Whilst these are often Court documents a Process Server will also serve Letters before Action, Property Notices and pretty much any other documents where you require a document personally delivered.

The documents served do not have to originate in the UK and we are regularly instructed to serve documents issued in other Countries around the world. The regulations and implications of the Hague Convention do complicate the service of documents across International borders but we can advise you as to the best way forward.

When the documents have been served the Process Server will provide you with what is known as a Proof of Service, this is commonly known as an Affidavit of Service, a Statement of Service or Certificate of Service.

Whilst we are regularly instructed by firms of Solicitors and Barristers we will also accept instructions direct from Companies and individuals.

We are based in London but have a network of process servers across England and Wales so can arrange service of documents in any area.
