We are also able to accept instruction in Legal Aid funded matters. If you require a Process Server in respect of an LSC funded case we will ensure all work is carried out on agreed LSC time and mileage rates.
If when our Process Server has completed service of the documents you require an Affidavit of Service instead of a Statement / Certificate of Service this can be provided at a cost of £15.
